BioShock creator Sight Levine's side by side game is reportedly in "development hell."

The new information comes courtesy of a study from Bloomberg, which claims to have spoken to 15 up-to-date and quondam employees at Ghost Story Games, the studio apartment which Levine founded in 2014.
